Duties & Responsibilities

• Key contributor / Leading development of external interfaces
• Key contributor / Leading developing to aerospace standards
• Analysis and specification of requirements
• Lead aircraft integration with interfacing systems such as ATC / UTM / Landing sites
• Champion modern development techniques within the organisation

Basic Qualifications/Experience

• 7-12 years experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering degree
• Experience of certifying to standards
• Full product lifecycle experience
• Experience with highly complex, software driven systems
• Understanding of security and trust networks
• Experience with Matlab and/or Simulink
• Proficiency with SysML/UML as well as classical requirements workflows

Preferred Qualifications/Experience

• Experience with developing for functional safety
• Experience of certifying to aerospace standards
• Understanding of Cloud systems and networking
• Experience with building and testing systems on UAS
• Understanding of machine learning techniques
